CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES / RETURNS INFORMATION
To support our customers over the Christmas period, all orders placed between Sunday 1st November 2026 and Thursday 24th December 2026 can be returned until Friday 8th January 2027. Returns must be received by us by this date.
-Orders placed between Sunday 1st November and Monday 30th November 2026 will be refunded as a gift card.
-Orders placed between Tuesday 1st December and Thursday 24th December 2026 will be refunded to the original payment method.
Returns made within our standard returns period will be refunded to the original payment method. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How do I return or exchange an item?
If you wish to return or exchange any items you must do so within 14 days of purchase (unwashed and unworn). In order to process a return or exchange, items must be returned to us in their original condition including packaging e.g. shoes must be returned within the shoe box they arrived in. Goods will be inspected when returned.
Who pays for the returning item?
The item you are returning/exchanging is your responsibility until we receive it. As a result it is recommended you send the goods to us with a delivery service that insures you for the value of goods. We cannot refund the cost of postage of the item you are sending back to us.
How long will this take?
Please allow 10 working days for your request to be processed and appear in your account. We will keep you informed of any action taken concerning your request.
