CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUT-OFFS

As we step into December, our team is working hard to make sure your orders arrive in time for all your festive gift-wrapping.

Last recommended order dates:

  • 15th December – Standard International / European Delivery

  • 18th December – Express Pre-Christmas Delivery for Europe / International
    (Please ensure the Express option is selected at checkout.)

  • 19th December – UK Standard Delivery

  • 20th December – UK Next Day Delivery

We do encourage you to place your order as early as possible to avoid seasonal delays. Our warehouse team is doing everything they can to get parcels out the door quickly, but once your package is with the courier, we aren’t able to speed up or influence their delivery schedule.

Please also note that our Customer Service team will be taking a well-deserved break from 24th to 29th December. During this time, we encourage you to monitor your parcels progress via the tracking link and contact the courier directly for accurate, live updates. We’ll respond to all messages as soon as we’re back.

We offer the following delivery options:

Free UK delivery on orders over £150 and free International delivery on orders over £300.


UK order arrives within 3-5 business days of completed order processing. International order delivery time varies depending on the location.


Next day delivery on all items.


Available to most areas of the UK for £5.99. Orders must be made before 12pm for next day delivery and please note this does not include weekend deliveries, which shall be shipped on Mondays.

Please note: Orders under £150 will be sent using our standard shipping service, and you will be notified of any shipping fees at time of order. The cost of this service is £4.50 and takes 3-5 working business days.
